Pecihitam.org<\/strong> – Hadats besar\/junub adalah hadats yang mengharuskan seseorang mandi wajib. Dengan kata lain, seseorang yang berhadats besar wajib melaksanakan mandi saat hadatsnya telah usai.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Hal ini sebagai keabsahan seseorang dalam melakukan ibadah yang mesyaratkan suci dari hadats dan najis. Di antara ragam hadats besar adalah bersenggama, keluar sperma, haid, nifas dan lain sebagainya. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Seseorang yang telah terbebani oleh wajibnya shalat misal sementara ia belum bersuci (mandi wajib) dari hadats besar, maka baginya wajib mensucikannya terlebih dahulu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Apabila ia tidak mensucikannya terlebih dahulu, melainkan langsung melaksanakan shalat, maka shalatnya haram dan jelas tidak sah. Hal tersebut disebabkan karena ia berhadats besar. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Lantas, apakah seseorang yang telah usai berhadats besar\/junub boleh menunda mandi wajib? Jawabannya boleh, selama waktu masih luas. Hal ini sebagaimana sabda Nabi yang diriwayatkan oleh Imam Muslim dari Aisyah ra, sebagai berikut:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Artinya: Telah menceritakan kepada kami Yahya bin Yahya at-Tamimi dan Muhammad bin Rumh keduanya berkata, telah mengabarkan kepada kami al-Laits –lewat jalur periwayatan lain– dan telah menceritakan kepada kami Qutaibah bin Sa’id telah menceritakan kepada kami Laits dari Ibnu Syihab dari Abu Salamah bin Abdurrahman dari Aisyah bahwa Rasulullah shallallahu ‘alaihi wasallam berkata, bahwa Apabila Rasulullah Shallallahu’alaihiwasallam hendak tidur dalam keadaan junub, maka beliau berwudhu sebelum tidur sebagaimana wudhu untuk shalat. [HR. Muslim]<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Hal ini diperkuat oleh Imam Muslim sendiri dengan memberikan judul \u201cBabu Jawaazi Naumil Junubi wastihbaabil Wudhuui wa Ghaslil Farji idzaa Araada an Yaquula aw Yasyraba aw Yanaama aw Yujaami\u2019a\u201d (Bolehnya Tidur dalam Keadaan Junub dan Sunnah untuk Wudhu Terlebih Dahulu dan Mencuci Farjinya pada Saat Hendak Makan, Minum, Tidur dan Bersetubuh) pada babnya.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Dalam Syarh Shahih Muslim karangan Imam Nawawi dijelaskan bahwa kebolehan ini berdasarkan kesepakatan para ulama, berikut ungkapannya:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Artinya: Hadis-hadis tersebut (beliau menggunakan lafaz jama\u2019 karena sebelumnya telah disebutkan beberapa hadis dari riwayat yang berbeda-beda) menguatkan bahwa mandi wajib tidak harus dilaksanakan saat itu juga\/dengan segera setelah selesai junubnya. (Namun) tentunya akan mempersempit waktu (jika tidak melaksanakannya dengan segera) saat hendak melaksanakan shalat. Ini berdasarkan kesepakatan para ulama (umat Islam). <\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Hal ini juga diperkuat oleh Imam Zakariya al-Anshari dalam kitab Asnal Muthaalib juz 1 halaman 68, sebagai berikut:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Artinya: Disunnahkan bagi yang junub (yang tidak segera bersuci karenanya) untuk mencuci farji dan wudhu apabila hendak bersetubuh, makan, minum dan tidur. Seperti halnya perempuan yang haid yang darahnya telah berhenti. <\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Juga oleh Imam Ibnu Hajar al-Haitami<\/a><\/strong> dalam kitab Minhaajul Qawim juz 1 halaman 51, yaitu sebagai berikut:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Artinya: Orang yang sedang junub dimakruhkan makan, minum, tidur dan jima\u2019 (mindo) sebelum mencuci farjinya dan wudhu. Begitu juga perempuan yang haid yang telah berhenti darah haidnya dan perempuan yang nifas yang telah berhenti darah nifasnya. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Dari kedua ibarah di atas dapat disimpulkan bahwa seseorang yang masih berjunub boleh menunda mandi wajib selama waktu masih luas dan jika tidak hendak melaksanakan ibadah yang mensyaratkan suci dari hadats besar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Namun, ia disunnahkan untuk wudhu dan mencuci kemaluannya terlebih sebelum ia memakan sesuatu, minum, tidur dan bersetubuh. Kecuali bagi yang haid, para ulama berpendapat wajibnya mandi terlebih dahulu sebelum ia dijima\u2019. Demikian, semoga bermanfaat.
