Pecihitam.org- <\/strong>Selama hidupnya Rasulullah hanya dua kali sakit. Pertama, saat diracun Zainab binti Al-Harits<\/a>. Kedua, menjelang wafatnya. Selain itu, Rasulullah selalu sehat dan bugar. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa Nabi Muhammad SAW adalah seorang yang\u00a0selalu menjaga dan memperhatikan kesehatan diri dengan baik.\u00a0 Lantas bagaimana cara hidup sehat ala Rasulullah?.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Meski perkembangan ilmu medis pada zaman Rasulullah tidak\nsecanggih saat ini, namun beliau tahu betul bagaimana menjaga kesehatan diri\nagar terhindar dari segala macam penyakit. Mengutip sebuah buku Menggali Nalar\nSaintifik Peradaban Islam (Husain Heriyanto, 2011), setidaknya ada dua hal yang\ndilakukan Nabi Muhammad untuk menjaga kesehatan diri. Pertama, menjaga\nkebersihan diri. Rasulullah kerap kali menyerukan kepada umatnya, terlihat dari\nbeberapa hadits yang diriwayatkan, untuk menjaga kebersihan diri dan sanitasi\npublik.  Rasulullah sadar bahwa pangkal dari kesehatan adalah kebersihan.\nBeliau selalu membiasakan hidup bersih. Mulai dari mencuci tangan sebelum dan\nsetelah makan, bercebok usai buang air besar dan air kecil, memotong kuku\ntangan dan kaki, serta mandi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Nabi Muhammad SAW juga memberikan perhatian lebih terhadap\nkebersihan gigi. Mengapa? Karena secara keseluruhan kesehatan gigi dan gusi\nsangat krusial terhadap pemeliharaan kesehatan tubuh. Oleh karenanya, misalnya,\nbeliau menganjurkan umatnya untuk bersiwak. Kedua, mengonsumsi makanan sehat,\nbersih, dan bergizi. Rasulullah mengetahui kandungan nutrisi dan kualitas yang\nterkandung di dalam suatu makanan. Maka tidak heran jika beliau menganjurkan\numatnya untuk makan makanan tertentu dan melarang mengonsumsi sebagian yang\nlainnya. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Misal, Rasulullah menilai kalau cuka adalah bumbu terbaik. Ia\nselalu mengonsumsinya bersama makanan dan sayuran.  Untuk mendapatkan nutrisi,\nRasulullah tidak hanya memakan satu makanan tertentu, misal buah-buahan seperti\nkurma, melon, labu, ara, dan lainnya, tapi juga jenis makanan lainnya seperti\nsusu murni, madu, minyak zaitun, daging segar, telur, sayuran segar, dan lain\nsebagainya.  Namun madu adalah obat favorit Rasulullah. Dalam buku\nRevolusi Hidup Sehat ala Rasulullah (Mohammad Takdir Ilahi, 2018), Ketika\nsarapan Nabi Muhammad SAW mengonsumsi segelas air putih dicampur dengan madu.\nMadu memang memiliki banyak manfaat. Salah satunya adalah \u2018membantu\u2019 alat\npencernaan dalam tubuh agar berfungsi maksimal ketika mengolah makanan. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Tidak hanya makan makanan bergizi, Rasulullah juga mengajarkan\ncara atau adab makan agar hidup selalu sehat. Seperti makan dengan menggunakan\ntangan kanan, mengambil makanan yang lebih dekat, tidak meniup makanan panas,\ndan lain sebagainya.  Tidak hanya menjaga kesehatan dan memakan makanan\nbergizi, Rasulullah juga gemar berolah raga untuk menjaga kesehatan diri.\nBerjalan kaki dan berlari merupakan jenis olah raga yang sering dilakukan\nRasulullah.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Hidup di zaman modern menyebabkan manusia terbiasa berbuat\nsegala sesuatu serbagampang dan instan. Imbasnya, budaya dan gaya hidup manusia\npun akan berubah. Jika budaya yang dikembangkan itu positif maka akan\nmelahirkan manusia bergaya hidup positif. Namun, jika budaya yang dikembangkan\nnegatif, maka sudah pasti gaya hidupnya juga menjadi negatif.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Gaya hidup manusia modern yang serba instan dan enggan\nmengikuti anjuran agama (Islam) biasanya akan melahirkan manusia karatan; masih\nmuda sudah keriput, mudah terserang penyakit, gampang capai, serta berumur\npendek. Nah, agar kita sebagai Muslim tidak tertular gaya hidup karatan, maka\nkita harus bisa membentengi diri kita sendiri dengan selalu membiasakan berbuat\nhal positif. Salah satu sikap membiasakan hal positif adalah menjaga kesehatan.\n\nJadi dapat kita simpulkan bahwa, jika kita ingin hidup\nsehat dan panjang umur, marilah kita meneladani cara hidup sehat ala Rasulullah\nSAW. Ingat!, sehat itu mahal harganya, orang yang punya harta melimpah kalau\ndia tidak sehat maka semuanya tidak bisa ia nikmati. Bahkan hartanya akan habis\nhanya untuk berobat demi kesembuhannya.
