Pecihitam.org – <\/strong>Tidur adalah anugrah dan nikmat dari Allah bagi manusia. Dengan tidur, tubuh menjadi rileks kembali, menjadi segar bugar dan tubuh pun menjadi sehat. Maka, ketika bangun tidur, hendaknya kita bersyukur kepada Allah dengan cara menerapkan beberapa adab Islam yang dianjurkan. Salah satunya adalah doa bangun tidur.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Dianjurkan ketika\nbangun tidur untuk membaca doa sebagaimana yang ada dalam hadits dari Hudzaifah\nbin Al Yaman berikut ini. Beliau radhiallahu \u2018anhu<\/em> mengatakan:\n\u201cBiasanya Rasulullah Shallallahu\u2019alaihi Wasallam ketika berbaring di tempat\nberbaringnya (untuk tidur) ketika malam hari, beliau berdoa: \/Allahumma bismika\namuutu wa ahyaa\/ (Ya Allah, dengan namaMu aku mati dan aku hidup). Jika\nbeliau bangun beliau berdoa: <\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

(Alhamdulillahilladzi\nahyaana ba\u2019damaa amaatana wa ilaihin nusyuur<\/em>)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Artinya: segala puji bagi Allah yang menghidupkanku dan mematikanku dan kepadaNya lah kita dikembalikan<\/em>\u201d (HR. Bukhari no. 6325, Muslim<\/a> no. 2711).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Imam An Nawawi\nmenjelaskan: \u201cRasulullah SAW mengingatkan di kala bangun tidur, orang\nyang tidur itu mirip dengan orang mati, maka setelah bangun, ibarat kita\nbangkit setelah mati. Para ulama mengatakan, bahwa hikmah doa sebelum tidur\nadalah untuk penutup amalannya pada hari itu. Dan hikmah doa bangun tidur\nadalah agar pembuka amalan di hari itu berupa mengingat tauhid dan perkataan\nyang baik\u201d (Syarah Shahih Muslim<\/em>, 17 \/ 35).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Syaikh Muhammad\nbin Shalih Al Utsaimin menjelaskan tentang doa bangun tidur: \u201c(dengan membaca\ndoa ini) maka orang tersebut memuji Allah yang telah menghidupkan orang itu\ndari maut (tidur), dan mengingatkan orang itu tentang hari kebangkitan, yaitu\nkebangkitan dari kubur dan keluar dari kuburan, menuju Allah SWT. Maka orang\nakan ingat kepada kebangkitan dari kematian yang besar melalui bangkit dari\nkematian yang kecil (tidur)\u201d (Syarah Riyadus Shalihin<\/em>, 1\/1652). Hadits\nini juga menunjukkan bahwa ketika bangun tidur, dianjurkan untuk memperbanyak\ndzikir mutlak. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ketika bangun\ntidur dianjurkan untuk melakukan cuci tangan sebelum memasukkan tangannya ke\ndalam bejana atau melakukan aktifitas lainnya. Dari Abu Hurairah radhiallahu\u2019anhu<\/em>,\nbahwa Nabi Shallallahu\u2019alaihi Wasallam<\/em> bersabda:\n\u201cJika salah seorang di antara kalian bangun dari tidurnya, maka jangan\nmencelupkan tangannya ke dalam bejana sebelum ia mencucinya tiga kali. Karena\nia tidak mengetahui dimana letak tangannya semalam<\/em>\u201d (HR. Bukhari no. 162,\nMuslim no. 278).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ulama berbeda\npendapat apakah larangan mencelupkan tangan ke dalam bejana (semua tempat yang\nmenyimpan air) di dalam hadits ini apakah makruh ataukah haram. Ulama Hanabilah\nberpendapat bahwa mencuci tangan hukumnya wajib, sedangkan mencelupkan tangan\nke dalam bejana hukumnya haram. Namun mayoritas ulama berpendapat bahwa mencuci\ntangan hukumnya mustahab<\/em> (sunnah), sedangkan mencelupkan\ntangan ke dalam bejana hukumnya makruh. Dalil yang dijadikan landasan oleh\njumhur adalah firman Allah Ta\u2019ala<\/em>: \u201cJika kalian berdiri untuk\nshalat maka cucilah wajah-wajah kalian<\/em>\u201d (QS. Al Maidah: 6).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Dianjurkan\nbersiwak ketika bangun tidur. Dari Hudzaifah bin Al Yaman radhiallahu\u2019anhu<\/em> beliau\nmengatakan: \u201cBiasanya Nabi Shallallahu\u2019alaihi Wasallam jika bangun di malam\nhari beliau menggosok-gosok mulutnya dengan siwak<\/em>\u201d (HR. Al Bukhari no. 245,\nMuslim no. 255).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Biasanya masih terasa, rasa kantuk dan malas ketika bangun tidur. Maka ketika bangun tidur, dianjurkan untuk membaca dzikir, segera berwudhu dan menuju shalat, untuk menghilangkan rasa kantuk dan malas. Dari Abu Hurairah radhiallahu\u2019anhu<\/em>, bahwa Rasulullah Shallallahu\u2019alaihi Wasallam<\/em> bersabda: \u201cSetan mengikat tengkuk kepala seseorang di antara kalian ketika sedang tidur dengan tiga ikatan. Pada setiap ikatannya ia mengatakan: \u201cmalammu masih panjang, teruslah tidur\u201d. Maka jika orang tersebut bangun, kemudian ia berdzikir kepada Allah, terbukalah satu ikatan. Kemudian jika ia berwudhu terbukalah satu ikatan lagi. Kemudian jika ia shalat maka terbukalah seluruh ikatan. Sehingga ia pun bangun dalam keadaan bersemangat dan baik jiwanya. Namun jika tidak melakukan demikian, maka ia biasanya akan bangun dalam keadaan buruk jiwanya dan malas<\/em>\u201d (HR. Bukhari no. 1142, Muslim no. 776). <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Jika seseorang bangun di malam hari atau bangun di waktu subuh, maka hendaknya ia bersegera untuk mengerjakan shalat dan tidak menunda-nundanya agar tidak terus tenggelam dalam rasa malas dan kantuk. Sebagaimana ditunjukkan dalam hadits Abu Hurairah di atas. Hal seperti ini,  merupakan bentuk rasa syukur kita kepada Allah SWT, karena telah dihidupkan kembali, diberi kesempatan untuk bangun, dan menghirup udara yang segar. <\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
