Pecihitam.org- <\/strong>Semua manusia pasti pernah marah, baik marahnya yang ditahan atau yang dilampiaskan dengan sesuatu hal yang lain. Hal tersebut bagi manusia merupakan sesuatu yang wajar. Dari sinilah pentingnya kita akan mempelajari tips meredam amarah.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Akan tetapi, yang harus kita perhatikan adalah atas dasar apa kita marah dan bagaimana kita menyikapi gejolak itu? menahannya atau melampiaskan amarah yang kita pendam? Sehingga memunculkan perilaku lanjutan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Seperti halnya berkata kasar, melukai orang lain, merusak barang, dan semacamnya. Sebagaimana dikutip Syekh Jamaluddin al-Qasimi dari Al-Imam al-Ghazali,<\/a> menjelaskan bahwa ketika amarah memuncak, ada dua tips meredam amarah yang berlebihan. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Pertama, dengan ilmu. Dan yang kedua dengan amal. Dari sisi ilmu, al-Imam al-Ghazali menjabarkan ada beberapa hal yang perlu diperhatikan, diantaranya: <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Pertama<\/em>, <\/strong>bagi seseorang hendaknya selalu mempelajari tentang ayat atau hadits Rasulullah tentang keutamaan menahan amarah, memaafkan, bersikap ramah dan menahan diri. Dengan begitu dirinya bisa dapat memadamkan amarahnya, terdorong untuk menggapai pahalanya, dan mencegah dirinya untuk membalas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Kedua<\/em><\/strong>, Jila ia tetap meluapkan amarahnya, hendaknya ia menakut-nakuti diri dengan siksa Allah. Apakah dia akan dimaafkan oleh Allah atau tidak jika ia meluapkan amarahnya yang berlebihan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ketiga<\/em><\/strong>, mempunyai rasa kawatir tentang akibat dari permusuhan dan pembalasan, bagaimana jika ia marah lalu dibalas oleh lawannya. Jila ia belum bisa takut dari siksaan di akhirat kelak, maka takut-takutilah diri sendiri dengan dampak (buruk) amarah di dunia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Keempat<\/em><\/strong>, berpikir bagaimana jeleknya raut wajah kita ketika marah. Bayangkan bagaimana jika raut muka orang lain saat marah, berpikirlah di dalam diri tentang buruknya marah, berpikirlah jika saat ia marah, ibaratkan anjing yang membahayakan dan binatang buas yang mengancam, berpikirlah untuk meneladani orang yang ramah serta dapat menahan amarah layaknya para Nabi dan Rasul. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Sekarang kembali kediri kita masing-masing, jika disuruh untuk memilih apakah lebih memilih serupa dengan binatang anjing, ataukah memilih untuk menyerupai para Nabi dan Rasul di dalam kebiasaan mereka? Pilihan tersebut supaya hatinya selalu condong untuk suka meniru perilaku mereka jika ia masih menyisakan satu tangkai dari akal sehat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Kelima<\/em><\/strong>, berpikir tentang apa sebab yang melatarbelakangi dia untuk membalas dan mencegahnya dari menahan amarah. Contohnya ketika ia marah lalu dalam hatinya terdapat bujuk rayu setan; <\/p>\n\n\n\n

“Sesungguhnya di mata manusia orang ini membuatmu lemah dan rendah serta menjadikanmu hina\u2019, maka di hatimu jawablah dengan tegas \u2018Aku heran denganmu. Kamu sekarang menghinaku karena menahan diri, sedangkan kamu tidak menghina dari kehinaan di hari kiamat, kamu tidak khawatir dirimu akan hina di sisi Allah, para malaikat dan para Nabi\u2019”<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Sedangkan\ncara menahan amarah dari sisi amal adalah dengan berdzikir membaca ta\u2019awudz, lalu\nberusaha menenangkan diri. Carilah posisi yang lebih rileks, yang membuat\nfikiran menjadi lebih tenang. Atau dianjurkan juga berwudhu dengan air yang\ndingin. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cKatakanlah\ndengan lisanmu, A\u2019\u00fbdzu bill\u00e2hi minasy syaith\u00e2nir raj\u00eem (aku berlindung kepada\nAllah dari setan yang terkutuk) merupakan salah satu dari mengatasi amarah\ndengan amal. Carilah posisi yang paling nyaman untuk berdzikir, dan sebelum\nberdzikir disunahkan untuk berwudhu dengan air yang dingin, sebab kemarahan muncul\natau tercipta dari api, sedangkan api tidaklah bisa dipadamkan kecuali dengan\nair.\u201d (Syekh Jamaluddin al-Qasimi, Mau\u2019ihhah al-Mu\u2019mini min Ihya\u2019 Ulum al-Din,\nhal. 208).<\/p>\n\n\n\n
