Pecihitam.org<\/strong> – Tidak jarang entah itu sudah rutinitas atau yang lainnya begadang sebagai suatu hal yang wajar, atau bahkan harus dilakukan oleh seseorang. Baik itu karena lembur untuk menyelesaikan tugas kantor, belajar, pekerjaan yang mengaharuskan sift malam dan lain sebagainya.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Menurut istilah begadang merupakan keadaan dimana seseorang berjaga tidak tidur hingga larut malam. Manusia secara normal harus tidur minimal enam sampai delapan jam sehari. Sedangkan untuk kasus begadang, biasanya jam tidur akan berkurang hingga di bawah enam jam.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Adapun begadang di waktu malam hari apalagi terlalu sering biasanya akan menyebabkan kesehatan tidak baik menurut ilmu medis. Namun ketika memang suatu hal yang mengharuskan kita untuk begadang dan tidak tidur semalam suntuk baik karena beribadah, pekerjaan atau yang lain hendaknya memperbanyak membaca doa berikut agar tubuh tetap sehat. Artinya: “Ya Allah, sembuhkan (sehatkan) aku karena sedikit tidur, dan berilah aku rezeki tidak tidur di waktu malam untuk taat kepada-Mu.”<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Artinya: “Dari Ibrahim, dia berkata; \u2018Di sekitar kami ada laki-laki yang bernama Hammam bin Al-Harits. Dia tidak tidur kecuali dalam keadaan duduk di masjidnya ketika shalat. Dia selalu berucap, \u2018Allohummasyfinii minan naumi biyasiirin, warzuqnii saharan fi thoo\u2019atika.\u2019”<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Sedangkan jika kita sudah tertidur pada malam hari namun terbangun karena suatu hal dan sulit tidur kembali, dari kitab Al-Adzkar al-Muntakhabah min Kalami Sayyid al-Abrar karya Syekh Muhyiddin Abu Zakaria Yahya bin Syaraf al-Nawawi al-Dimasyqi<\/a><\/strong>, (Surabaya, Kharisma, 1998, halaman 20 menganjurkan membaca doa sebagaimana berikut:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Artinya: \u201cTiada tuhan selain Engkau, Maha Suci Engkau ya Allah, aku meminta ampun atas dosa-dosaku, dan aku meminta rahmat-Mu. Ya Allah, tambahkan ilmu bagiku, jangan selewengkan hatiku sesudah Engkau memberinya hidayah, dan anugerahi aku rahmat dari sisi-Mu, sesungguhnya Engkau Maha Memberi Anugerah.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n
