Pecihitam.org\u2013<\/a><\/strong> Secara umum ulama-ulama yang ada di Nusantara mengikuti mazhab Ahlussunnah Wal Jamaah yang mana di dalam aqidah mereka berpegang pada salah satu dari metode Imam Asy’ari dan Imam Maturidi dan dalam fiqih mengikuti salah satu dari empat imam mazhab serta dalam tasawuf mengikuti salah satu dari rumusan Imam Junaid Al-Baghdadi atau Imam Al Ghazali.<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Akan tetapi jika kita membaca literatur Fiqh dan menyandingkannnya dengan khazanah bahasa dan istilah Nusantara<\/a> atau Indonesia khususnya, kita akan mendapati ternyata beberapa ulama Nusantara cenderung “berbeda” dengan mainstream Fiqh mayoritas dalam hal sah dan batalnya puasa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Berikut kami kutipkan perbedaan tersebut beserta ibarat atau keterangan dalilnya.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Jika mayoritas ulama Fiqih dari semua mazhab menyatakan bahwa seseorang yang yang berpuasa ketika hendak berbuka harusnya dengan penuh perasaan senang dan gembira.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Hal ini berdasarkan pada sabda Nabi Muhammad shallallahu alaihi wasallam yang diriwayatkan oleh Imam Bukhari dan Muslim berikut:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Jadi, jumhur Fuqaha sepakat untuk tidak berbuka dengan perasaan takut atau bahasa Arab-nya \u0642\u0644\u0642<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Para ulama berkata dianjurkan bagi orang yang berpuasa untuk berbuka dengan senang dan bahagia bukan dengan rasa takut. Mereka berdalil dengan hadits Nabi: bagi orang yang berpuasa ada dua kebahagiaan\u2026 sampai pada akhir hadis.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Akan tetapi dalam pandangan istilah ulama Nusantara, berbuka puasa dengan \u0642\u0644\u0642<\/strong> juga dianjurkan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Bagaimana bisa? Hal ini karena kata \u0642\u0644\u0642 dalam istilah orang Indonesia bukan bermakna takut melainkan kolak, sebuah hidangan dengan rasa manis sebagai hidangan pembuka bagi orang yang berpuasa sebagai ganti dari kurma.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ulama Indonesia mengatakan tidak dilarang berbuka puasa dengan makan kolak sebagai ganti dari kurma karena kolak merupakan makanan khas untuk berbuka yang ada di Indonesia.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Hampir dalam setiap ibadah, mayoritas fuqaha sepakat bahwa hal yang membatalkan jika dilakukan bukan karena sengaja atau karena lupa yang dalam bahasa Arabnya disebut \u0646\u0627\u0633\u064a\u0627<\/strong> maka tidaklah membatalkan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Termasuk dalam puasa, maka \u0623\u0643\u0644<\/strong> \u0646\u0627\u0633\u064a\u0627<\/strong> atau makan karena lupa tidaklah membatalkan puasa. Begitulah sebagaimana mafhum di semua kitab-kitab Fiqh baik yang dasar maupun lanjutan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Jumhur fuqaha berpendapat tentang tidak batalnya puasa bagi orang yang makan karena lupa.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Akan tetapi tentang \u0623\u0643\u0644<\/strong> \u0646\u0627\u0633\u064a\u0627<\/strong> para ulama Nusantara lagi-lagi mereka berbeda dalam memahaminya. Bagi mereka \u0623\u0643\u0644<\/strong> \u0646\u0627\u0633\u064a\u0627<\/strong> menjadi sebab salah satu batalnya.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Perbedaan ini disebabkan, \u0623\u0643\u0644<\/strong> \u0646\u0627\u0633\u064a\u0627<\/strong> dalam pandangan mereka bukan bermakna makan karena lupa, melainkan makan nasi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ulama Indonesia berbeda pendapat dengan mayoritas fuqoha dalam hal ini. Karena mereka berpendapat orang yang <\/em>\u0623\u0643\u0644<\/strong> <\/em>\u0646\u0627\u0633\u064a\u0627<\/strong> adalah batal puasanya. Sebab perbedaan pendapat mereka adalah karena <\/em>\u0646\u0627\u0633\u064a<\/strong> dalam bahasa Indonesia bermakna nasi.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Jika mayoritas fuqoha berpendapat bahwa \u0627\u0644\u0628\u0643\u0627\u0621<\/strong> yang bermakna menangis tidaklah menjadi sebab batalnya puasa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Tetapi dalam hal ini, lagi-lagi ulama Nusantara ‘menyelisihi’ jumhur fuqaha, di mana mereka berpendapat bahwa \u0627\u0644\u0628\u0643\u0627\u0621<\/strong> merupakan salah satu yang membatalkan puasa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Jumhur ulama berpendapat akan tidak batalnya puasa sebab <\/em>\u0627\u0644\u0628\u0643\u0627\u0621<\/strong> atau menangis, akan tetapi ulama Indonesia berselisih ketika mereka berpendapat bahwa <\/em>\u0627\u0644\u0628\u0643\u0627\u0621<\/strong> membatalkan puasa. Sebab yang menjadi perbedaan adalah makna <\/em>\u0627\u0644\u0628\u0643\u0627\u0621<\/strong> dalam bahasa Indonesia adalah berbuka.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Apakah \u0627\u0644\u0631\u0643\u0648\u0639<\/strong> membatalkan puasa atau tidak? Lagi-lagi di sini ulama Indonesia berbeda pendapat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Jika mayoritas Fuqaha memahami \u0627\u0644\u0631\u0643\u0648\u0639<\/strong> sebagai bagian dari amaliah shalat tentu tidak membatalkan puasa, bahkan mereka menganjurkan bagi orang yang berpuasa untuk memperbanyak melakukan shalat sunnah yang di dalamnya ada rukuk.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Tetapi ini ‘fatwa’ ulama Indonesia:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ketahuilah bahwa rokok merupakan bagian dari yang membatalkan puasa. Ini adalah pendapat yang disampaikan oleh ulama baik yang terdahulu maupun generasi akhir dan mereka tidak berbeda pendapat dalam hal ini.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Jadi, dalam hal ini kita bisa memahami bahwa perbedaan mereka adalah disebabkan memang beda yang dimaksud. Kata \u0627\u0644\u0631\u0643\u0648\u0639<\/strong> dalam bahasa Arab bermakna melakukan rukuk. Sedangkan di dalam bahasa Indonesia bermakna rokok yang biasanya dihisap dan itu memang membatalkan puasa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Kesimpulan<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Demikianlah empat hal yang mana jumhur fuqaha dan ulama Indonesia berbeda pendapat. Namun yang dimaksud berbeda pendapat di sini bukalah berbeda pendapat dalam makna yang sebenarnya.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ini hanyalah sekadar hiburan sebagai bagian dari khazanah betapa luasnya bahasa dan istilah serta ilmu Allah. Jangan terlalu serius. Selamat menjalani ibadah puasa hari ini. Mudah-mudahan Allah menerima puasa dan ibadah kita yang lainnya. Amin.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
