Pecihitam.org<\/strong> – Mimpi merupakan pengalaman bawah sadar yang melibatkan penglihatan, pendengaran, pikiran, perasaan, atau indra lainnya dalam tidur. Mimpi yang dialami orang tidur kadang baik, namun tak jarang pula berupa mimpi buruk. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Mimpi buruk merupakan kondisi yang menyebabkan seseorang diliputi oleh perasaan cemas, tertekan, takut, bahkan teror saat tidur. Secara medis, mimpi buruk bisa disebabkan oleh kurang tidur, banyak masalah, stres atau bahkan pengaruh obat tertentu.

Dalam Islam dijelaskan, tidak semua mimpi itu benar. Karena mimpi itu terbagi menjadi tiga, sebagaimana sabda Nabi:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cMimpi itu ada tiga macam: bisikan hati, ditakut-takuti setan dan kabar gembira dari Allah.\u201d <\/em>(HR. Bukhari)<\/strong>

Mimpi yang berupa bisikan hati, misalnya sebelum tidur, seseorang terlalu memikirkan sesuatu. Mikirin hutang, cicilan, pekerjaan yang menumpuk. Tidur yang diawali dengan memikirkan sesuatu terlalu serius bisa terbawa mimpi. Mimpi yang ditakut-takuti setan, pada anak kecil, biasanya berupa mimpi dikejar hantu atau mau dibunuh orang.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Pada orang dewasa, bisa mimpi digigit ular, mimpi berzina dan semacamnya. Mimpi yang berupa kabar gembira dari Allah, seperti mimpi punya anak, bertemu ulama, shalat<\/a><\/strong> dan mimpi-mimpi baik lannya.

Mimpi karena ditakut-takuti setan itulah yang dimaksud mimpi buruk, sebagaimana diterangkan dalam hadis<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Mimpi yang baik dari Allah. Sedangkan mimpi buruk dari setan.<\/em> (HR. Bukhari)<\/strong>

Karena mimpi buruk datangnya dari setan – walau hakikatnya juga dari Allah, karena Allah pencipta semua kejadian – bagi orang yang mengalaminya sebaiknya melakukan lima hal berikut:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

1. Meludah ke kiri sebanyak tiga kali. Nabi bersabda<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

“Mimpi yang baik bersumber dari Allah. Dan mimpi buruk datangnya dari setan. Maka barangsiapa bermimpi yang dibenci (mimpi buruk), hendaknya ia meludah ke kiri <\/strong>sebanyak tiga kali dan mohon perlindungan kepada Allah dari setan. Maka sesungguhnya mimpi itu tidak akan membahayakannya”<\/em> (Muttafaq Alaih)<\/strong>

Yang dimaksud meludah di sini – sebagaimana dijelaskan oleh Imam An-Nawawi dalam Kitab Adzkar<\/em> halaman 92 – adalah dengan sekadar meniup tanpa mengeluarkan air ludah.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2.<\/em> Memohon perlindungan kepada Allah dengan membaca doa ini<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

3. Merubah posisi tidur<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Setelah mimpi buruk, jika ingin lanjut tidur lagi, ubahlah posisi tidur walaupun harus miring ke sebelah kiri. Ini sesuai dengan makna dzahir hadisnya <\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cJika kalian mengalami mimpi yang dibenci (mimpi buruk), hendaklah meludah kesebelah kiri tiga kali, dan memohon perlindungan kepada Allah dari gangguan setan tiga kali, kemudian mengubah posisi tidurnya dari posisi semula.<\/strong>\u201d<\/em> (HR. Muslim)<\/strong>

4. Melaksanakan Shalat<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Lebih baik lagi, kalau setelah mimpi buruk, bangun, berwudlu’ dan kemudian shalat. Nabi bersabda<\/p>\n\n\n\n

“Jika di antara kalian bermimpi yang dibenci (mimpi buruk), jangan ceritakan pada siapa pun, bangun dan shalatlah”<\/strong><\/em> (HR. Tirmidzi)<\/strong>

5. Jangan ceritakan<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Jangan ceritakan mimpi buruk yang dialami, apalagi meminta tafsir tentang mimpinya. Sabda Nabi<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Jika bermimpi buruk, sesungguhnya itu datang dari setan. Maka mohonlah perlindungan dari keburukan mimpi itu dan jangan menceritakannya kepada siapa pun,<\/strong> karena mimpi itu tidak akan membahayakannya<\/em>“. (HR. Bukhari)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Diceritakan salah satu murid Syaikh Abdul Qadir al-Jailani bermimpi junub sampai 40 kali dalam semalam. Saat pagi bertemu dengan gurunya, ia ingin menceritakan perihal mimpinya, tapi Syaikh Abdul Qadir al-Jailani kemudian menutup bibir muridnya sambil berkata: <\/p>\n\n\n\n

“Jangan kau ceritakan. Kamu ditakdirkan berzina 40 kali dalam hidupmu. Tapi aku berdoa kepada Allah agar itu hanya terjadi dalam mimpimu”.<\/em>

Selain mimpi buruk karena gangguan setan – mungkin cerita ini salah satu hikmah lain bahwa mimpi buruk itu tidak perlu diceritakan. Mungkin keburukan yang kita alami dalam mimpi awalnya memang akan terjadi dalam kehidupan nyata, tapi berkat doa guru, orang tua, doa orang yang pernah kita bantu atau karena amal kebaikan yang Allah ridhai, keburukan itu Allah konversi (hanya) terjadi dalam mimpi. Bukankah Ia berfirman
